2011 Camp Sessions

2011 CAMP SESSIONS

INFORMATION FOR PARENTS OF CAMPERS:

Camper Checklist: Need to know what to pack for your student’s week at camp?  Download our Camper Checklist here to make sure they are prepared.

Drop-off: Students should be dropped off at our camp property in Kentucky at 2pm on Monday.  You can download directions to our facilities here. If your child needs transportation to or from Scottsville, KY, please call our office as soon as possible to make arrangements. Seating on the bus is limited, so we must have your child on the list in advance. Our bus will depart from the movie theatre next to 100 Oaks Mall in Nashville on Monday promptly at 12 p.m. If you are attending camp with a youth group, contact your youth leader as other transportation arrangements have likely been made.

Pick-up: Saturday of each week we have a wonderful Youth Production in which students perform and share about their week.  Please plan to attend if you are able.  The production begins at 9:30am at our camp facilities, so we recommend parents arrive between 9-9:15am.  Students are dismissed from camp at the close of Youth Productions around Noon.  Again, you can download directions to our facilities here. If your child will be returning on the bus, pick-up will be at the same location near the 100 Oaks Mall, promptly at 2 p.m. on Saturday.

In addition to our traditional athletics, performing arts, fine arts, extreme sports and action-adventure programs, our 100 plus acre camp facility on Barren Lake has permitted us to add a fishing, hiking, swimming, boating, canoeing, low ropes and paintball to our list of growing activities.

This year’s going to be our best yet; it’s going to be an amazing experience…you don’t want to miss it! Each session is limited to the first 76 campers that enroll. Sessions typically reach capacity, so we encourage you to return your application and deposit as soon as possible.

Our sessions are filling up quickly.  Complete your application today!  Click here to download the Camper Application.
