THIS WAY TO OVERNIGHT CAMP
Below you will find all of the necessary information to get your camper ready for camp!
DROP OFF
Students should be dropped off at our camp property in Kentucky at 2pm on the start date of their camp session. Seating on the bus is limited, so we must have your child on the list in advance.
Parents / Partners are asked to arrive at First Presbyterian Church in Nashville (4815 Franklin Pk. Nashville, TN 37220) by 11:30am. Our bus will depart from promptly at 12 p.m for every session.
If you are attending camp with a partner, please contact your leader for transportation arrangements.
PICK UP
On the closing day of each camp week we have a wonderful Youth Productions in which students perform and share about their week. Please plan to attend, if you are able. The production begins at 10 am at our camp facilities, so we recommend parents arrive around 9:30 am. Students are dismissed from camp at the close of Youth Production around noon.
Again, you can get directions to our facility here. If your child will be returning on the bus, pick-up will be at the same location - First Presbyterian Church (4815 Franklin Pk. Nashville, TN 37220), around 1:30pm on the closing day of each camp session.
CAMPER MAIL & CAMPER EMAIL
Campers can receive email while at camp for the week at campermail@barefootrepublic.org
Please list your camper's name & the session he or she is attending in the subject line. Please put the camper's name on the envelope or package. Campers can receive mail at our address, 8824 Brownsford Rd, Fountain Run, KY 42133.
